How to use

packed with nutrients + no artificial taste

I am a big proponent of gut health and love trying different whole food products to promote healthy bacteria growth and give our good bacteria the type of fiber that they need to thrive (a lot of which isn't actually the fiber you might think it is in the Western diet). I've tried so many fibers and powders and always expect there to be a slight artificial taste to be present, but Puuro really nailed it. You can taste the quality and the fact that it's crafted from whole food sources that are packed with nutrients. Definitely recommend as part of your daily fiber intake!

A good option for more fiber in your diet

I am the type of person who needs to get at least 20 g of fiber per day in my diet, and its hard to find options to get more fiber in my diet that aren't highly processed and filled with chemicals and other junk. I'm so happy I found this because it's something I can put in my yogurt, oats or smoothie to give it a boost of fiber. I tried the berry flavor but I think I'll be trying the other flavor soon as well!
